Inter-institutional agreements, Online Learning Agreements, nomination procedures and deadlines, factsheet and academic calendar for Unicollege partner universities.
Unicollege manages its Erasmus+ exchanges through digital platforms and finalises new Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreements using the E+ Dashboard (IIAM) system. Both existing and prospective partner institutions are welcome to reach out via email to initiate or renew Erasmus+ agreements.
UC has adopted the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) system for managing student exchanges within the Erasmus+ programme. All incoming and outgoing students are required to register at www.learning-agreement.eu and initiate their Online Learning Agreement through the platform.
In cases where a partner institution does not support OLA, students will instead need to complete and sign a paper Learning Agreement using the official EU template.
For students coming to UC, any submitted OLA will be reviewed and approved digitally via the Erasmus+ dashboard. UC does not require a paper version if the learning agreement has already been completed online.

All students coming from partner universities must be officially nominated through the platform or the UC International Office. The information below is relevant strictly for UC Erasmus and exchange partner universities. UC sends every semester an email with instructions on how to nominate students. If you are a partner institution and have not received this email, please contact us.
We strongly recommend that you nominate your students well before our application deadline, especially if they need to apply for a student visa/residence permit.
Once you have nominated the students, they will receive an e-mail with a nomination confirmation, as well as further instructions on how to apply.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject nominations/applications if the students do not fulfil the admission requirements for the courses they apply for. If this is the case, we will contact our partner university first.
Students may expect their Letters of Acceptance approximately two weeks after the application deadline. Please note we process first the applications from outside the EU/EEA, due to the fact that students must apply for visa/residence permits.
